@KTL: Thanks! Means a lot that you're always so supportive with my work

@Bahati: Thanks man The biggest problem I've had with the Ultrapanivision aspect ratio is that it's not a standard frame dimension, so it's been hell getting a frame for a print

And now for a wallpaper. It actually looks pretty good if you have a 1280*1024 screen

Looking great, pnt. Very detailed. ^^

Well, I just finished this one...and I guess for those who actually know the scene from Monkey Island, it's twice as fun but I'll post it anyways:
    Guybrush and Elaine:

The sketch for this was drawn in school, so no reference again...oh and the subjects was maths btw

Awesome comic strip, Neola! I'm not familiar with the characters, but it's quite funny ^_^

Wow Ryan you've really outdone yourself on those render's, The water in the glass is almost perfectly abstracted so you can see it being rustled and shaken, like that of a real life scenario if you were to get that far into it. It's just awesome, as for the Jellyfish.. They are just Eyeballingly amazing, I mean.. its just wow.. I could honestly say I could stare at that for a few hours amazed at it. Great Job Ryan.. Very good job *hugs*

Neola - Nicely done for something without Reference, however.. Never seen where that's from so I'm not quite sure if I get it's full meaning right about now

    ~KtL

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

My first landscape attempt. I've only the vaguest notions of how to use this program properly.

Great job Bahati! The lense flares and object distibution make it look like you're using Vue, is that correct? If you are, I have a tutorial for it. I love the light usage in both scenes

Wow, thanks Chris! Very much appreciated, as always. Thanks LC! It's always so awesome that you take time to comment on my work

Indeed, I'm using Vue and I'd love to have a gander at that tutorial.

Here is the next Frankie comic. This is a two parter and it begins at the bottom:

Here's part two, this one starts at the top.

    Hehe, cute comics, zazulover

Bahati- That's gorgeous artwork! Say, how long does it approximately take to make one?

Thanks for your comments on my comic, guys^^
As for the dress...well, Guybrush (the guy in the dress) wants that map piece from Elaine (the gal obviously). But since she's having a costume party atm, he won't get inside her mansion without a costume...well and that dress was the only one left =P

I'm not quite sure to make of that, Monai. Looks nice, though. Sneak that into an art gallery and no one would know the difference.

I toyed about 15 minutes tonight with a tutorial by professional artist Greg Martin on creating planets in Adobe Photoshop. I'm pleased with my first attempt.

I'm please with your first attempt too, great job Bahati!

Another mock advertisement. This time it's an autococker paintball gun with the fictional name "Pug". I'll be doing a few more images with this model

I'm very happy with how the modeling and rendering (especially the render time) came out. Modeled in Maya and rendered in mental ray (<1 minute render time). I didn't use any lights in the scene; I used reflections tweaked with a few other material settings.

Looks pretty slick, Pnt. My sole bit of constructive criticism concerns the squares spread around the edges of the picture; their angularity seems to clash with the curves of the gun, font, and logo (which looks familiar, but I can't remember from where).

The parts of the model closer to the camera seem blurred. Was that something you did post-render or a process within Maya?

A few weeks back you mentioned that you have a tutorial for Vue. If that statement's still true, would you please link me to it or host it somewhere?

Yeah, I'm redoing the picture, I kinda feel sick looking back on it As for the logo, I use that logo on a lot of my compositions, maybe that's where you saw it? (It's just a vector rendered 3D model). The blurriness comes from the mental ray lense_physical_dof node

Wow Pnt. I'm blown away! You have come a long way since I last saw your work. I love the 3D work you do. I'm still very interested in doing work like yours, and was hoping you could tutor me sometime.

    I can color?

    It's me, as a werewolf.

Any tips on ANYTHING would be great. Advice from ye masters.
